My favorite things about being a mom

I made this Mother's Day page for myself yesterday, because I got such great cards and also because I wanted to try masking. I think it turned out well!




My favorite things are:

• My beautiful and unique children
• Dying eggs, filling baskets, buying valentines, stuffing stockings, sparklers and fireworks, birthday parties
• Kick-ass Mother’s Day presents and cards
• Baseball games and dance recitals. School programs, plays and concerts
• Being pregnant, feeling a life growing and moving inside you is the most incredible experience in the whole world.
• Hugs, kisses and “I love you’s.”
• Marina sauce, crack-o-six, Did you wash your hands? I love our inside jokes!!!
• The feeling I get when I look at our old pictures (and new ones!) and remember all the good times we’ve had
• Handmade Christmas decorations
• Sharing my wonderful, creative, intelligent, funny kids with Brian.
