Yesterday was my sister's birthday. Her party was last night at one of the restaurants here in town. We had a lot of fun and I had a lot to drink and it's almost 6pm and I'm still feeling a little hungover :( Totally worth it though. We had a great time and by tomorrow I'll be all better, just in time for New Years Eve. I'm not sure what we're doing to celebrate yet. We're either staying home with Casey and my sister and her family are coming over for cards, snacks and beers. Or we're taking Casey with us to some friends' house for games and movies. It's going to be fun either way!
Here's what I gave to my sister yesterday. Well, this and a scarf:
It's much cuter in person. The paper is gorgeous in real life. I got to use my new craft drill to make holes in the side of the frame for the ribbon, so that was fun. I like how this turned out. It was inexpensive too because I picked up the frame from the $1 bin at Target. It came with four little sparkly heart magnets and since I only used one on this, I kept the other three for myself!

ps...how was brians stress test, or is it set for this coming Thursday?
We didn't have champagne, but I was feeling a little queasy this weekend too :)
Brian's stress test was last week but we don't get the results until the 8th. I'll update when we hear something. I hate waiting...
