So Monday, it felt like spring here, we all wore our light jackets or no jackets at all. People went out for lunch and didn't want to come back in because it was so amazing outside. Tuesday night, we had a really bad ice storm. Casey took these pics on Wednesday:
Yesterday morning, it started snowing. It's 2:45 on Saturday and it's still snowing. We have at least a foot of snow and it's still coming down! Crazy, I swear. Yesterday after work, I convinced the girls to go outside and play in it so I could take some pictures and after about 15 minutes of begging, they agreed:
We stayed in all night and ended up playing board games with the girls until almost midnight. It was so much fun and one of the things I'm really going to miss when Hannah is gone. Today, we woke up to more snow, a Level 3 Snow Emergency and some super funky snow drifts on our roof:
We're stuck inside again today, maybe we'll watch some movies and have some popcorn (not Brian) and just hang out. Maybe we'll all do our own separate thing like we are now. Who knows. I do with Stephen was here, then the weekend would be perfect. But he has his own things to do and we don't see him that much anymore. That's what happens, that's what is supposed to happen when they grow up. I just wish it didn't happen so fast...
